Return & Refund Policy

At ADWE Global – Creative Art & Craft Hub, we take pride in the quality of our products. As many of our items are customised and handcrafted, we have a specific return and refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties.


1. Custom & Personalised Items

  • All custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
    This includes digital illustrations, branded merchandise, and gift sets made to order.
  • We only accept returns if the item received is:
    • Incorrect (not as per the confirmed design or order)
    • Damaged during transit (with valid photo proof upon receipt)

2. Non-Custom Items

  • Ready-made or non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are:
    • Unused and in original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

3. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued via your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
  • For incorrect or damaged custom items, we may offer:
    • A replacement at no extra cost, or
    • A partial/full refund depending on the situation

4. How to Request a Return or Refund
