At ADWE Global – Creative Art & Craft Hub, we take pride in the quality of our products. As many of our items are customised and handcrafted, we have a specific return and refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties.
1. Custom & Personalised Items
- All custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes digital illustrations, branded merchandise, and gift sets made to order. - We only accept returns if the item received is:
- Incorrect (not as per the confirmed design or order)
- Damaged during transit (with valid photo proof upon receipt)
2. Non-Custom Items
- Ready-made or non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
3. Refund Process
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued via your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- For incorrect or damaged custom items, we may offer:
- A replacement at no extra cost, or
- A partial/full refund depending on the situation
