Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to the handmade or customised nature of our items.

3. Pricing & Payment

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within Malaysia and to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided but are not guaranteed due to third-party courier dependencies. ADWE Global is not liable for delays or lost parcels once the package is handed over to the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of receipt in original condition. Return shipping is borne by the customer. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo proof for resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, illustrations, and product concepts are the property of ADWE Global and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
